These Terms and Conditions apply to the Snap Vibe mobile application (the "Application") created by iParagons Tech (the "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional premium subscriptions. By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms.
Acknowledgment: This agreement is between you and the Service Provider only, not Apple. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Application.
Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Application.
Warranty: In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
Snap Vibe offers "Snap Vibe Pro" auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium AI features.
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store Account Settings.
Refunds: Subscription refunds are handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Apple/Google).
The Application utilizes Google’s Nano Banana Pro (for images) and Veo (for videos).
AI Processing: By using these features, you consent to your media being processed by these third-party AI models.
Content Generation: AI results are provided "as-is." The Service Provider is not liable for unexpected or offensive results generated by the AI.
Reporting: Users may use the in-app "Report" button to flag any AI-generated content that violates safety standards.
You agree not to use Snap Vibe to:
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate your access immediately for violations.
Your Input: You retain all rights to the photos/videos you upload.
AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the output generated by the AI. You own your creations.
Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We advise against "rooting" or "jailbreaking" your device.
Liability: The Service Provider relies on third-party AI services and is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of AI features or Application downtime.
