This Privacy Policy describes how Snap Vibe (the "Application"), developed by iParagons Tech (the "Service Provider"), handles your data.
User-Provided Data: We collect information you provide during registration and the media you upload for AI processing.
Automatically Collected Data: We collect device IDs, IP addresses, and usage analytics to improve our service.
To provide high-fidelity image and video generation, Snap Vibe utilizes specialized AI services:
Providers: We use Google LLC (specifically the Nano Banana Pro and Veo models).
Data Sent: When you request a generation, your media and facial landmarks are sent securely to Google.
Protection: Google processes this data solely to fulfill your request. They do not sell your data or use it to train their models.
Storage: We use Supabase to store your final generated outputs securely. These are encrypted and accessible only by you.
Data Collected: When you upload a photo to use our features, we process "Face Data", which includes facial landmarks necessary to accurately map AI styles and animations onto your features.
No Retention or Storage: We explicitly do not retain or store your Face Data. We do not store Face Data on our servers or in any database. Your Face Data is held only in transient, volatile memory strictly for the brief length of time required to complete the AI generation (typically a few seconds). We process it for this specific length of time solely because it is required to fulfill your requested media generation. Once the generation is complete, the Face Data is immediately deleted. Face data is not stored indefinitely.
Third-Party Sharing: Face Data is shared securely with our AI service provider, Google LLC. We share this data with Google LLC for the singular reason of utilizing their advanced computational models (such as Gemini and Veo) to apply your chosen artistic generation to the uploaded image.
Third-Party Storage Practices: Google LLC explicitly does not store your Face Data. When shared with Google LLC, your Face Data is processed entirely in real-time. Google LLC deletes the data immediately upon completing the generation request. They do not retain or store your Face Data for any length of time, and they do not use your Face Data to train their AI models.
Consent: We obtain your explicit permission via an in-app prompt before processing any media with AI.
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all stored data (including your Supabase-stored creations) via the App Settings or by emailing [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Snap Vibe does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. While we strive for maximum security, no system is 100% impenetrable.
